As a first time home buyer i was very nervous and unaware of the process to purchase a home, working with Juvenal he made it so easy and so smooth. Everything was put into terms that are easily understandable for the every day person. Questions were answered clearly and fast. From day 1 to closing always clear communication. Words cannot adequately explain how grateful I am for Juvenal Cazares. I lost my Father and had to endure a very long and painful Probate. When I finally got possession of the house, it was still difficult because I was in another state. I contacted Juvenal and he came along side me and my family and told us He would be our boots on the ground and that I didn’t need to worry. His words reassured me that it was going to be ok. And that was exactly what he was. He went the extra mile at every turn. He was there the very next day evaluating the house and taking film and pictures to show me exactly what we had to do to be able to sell it for top dollar. He is completely professional and displayed so much integrity. He communicate clearly with us, all our option in order to help us make an informed decision and gave us wise counsel but left the decision to us. We followed his advice in the preparation of the home and it worked out better than we could of expected. My dads home sold within a few day and because we followed Juvenal’s advice we got more than the asking price. He is a complete professional and I was very impressed with not only his knowledge and wisdom but by how hard he works. He was there cleaning, replacing lightbulbs, changing locks, setting up cleaning, trash pick ups, landscaping, to give it curb appeal. He went over and above. He was in constant communication with me through all of process. All this to say, that I would highly recommend him to everyone. He’s trustworthy and incredibly hardworking and dedicated to his client and work!
